Highly qualified employees

The quality and efficiency of production is based on the high competence, reliability of our employees and their motivation for continuous improvement, in accordance with the highest standards. Our team of experts ensures the safety of our products through the use of quality systems and cooperation with certification bodies. Producers associated in the Cooperative have implemented the GLOBALG.A.P. This system is the basic criterion for verifying producers accepted as our suppliers.

Growing and harvesting

Modern technologies in the cultivation of mushrooms, as well as highly qualified employees and management staff of the Cooperative, guarantee the supply of mushrooms of the highest quality.

Already at the production stage, our producers make every effort to ensure the highest quality, using e.g. ecological organic substrates, i.e. peat cover and compost with the best properties, made of natural raw materials ensuring a rich content of microelements.

Due to the exceptional delicacy of the mushrooms, our producers pick them only by hand. Further production process is fully automated. That is why our mushrooms are characterized by flawless appearance and whiteness, almost 100% of our mushrooms are cooled by producers right after harvesting.

Advanced technologies

Mushrooms by their nature have a short shelf life. Thanks to the use of the latest storage technology, the mushrooms retain their freshness longer. We attach great importance to each stage of product preparation: from picking the mushrooms, through the cooling process, packaging, to distribution.

Our mushrooms are precisely classified and then packed according to international quality requirements. – We use only carefully selected materials to ensure proper transport of mushrooms to their destination, preserving their taste, aroma and appearance from the moment they are picked: loading of fresh product is carried out on an ongoing basis, immediately after receipt from producers, so that fresh mushrooms go to the customer.

Logistics at the highest level

Currently, the best solution for the transport of mushrooms is road transport:
– we cooperate with a logistics service provider specializing in the distribution of fresh products. We offer each client appropriate logistics solutions, taking into account the specificity of our products and the individual requirements of our clients,
– thanks to the experience of trusted partners, we can use an advanced planning system, minimizing the number of transport movements.

Clean environment and unique microclimate

The Łosicki District is a small, beautiful area of Southern Podlasie, with exceptional natural and ecological values. Forests occupy over 1/5 of the area here. Among them, there are areas of the “Podlaski Przełom Bugu” Landscape Park, unaltered by man, along with nature reserves. We chose this region, dominated by both the natural environment and ecological agriculture, for the cultivation of our mushrooms.

The unique and very healthy climate of the Bug river with the extraordinary purity of the atmospheric air and the lack of facilities that are a nuisance to the environment and human health, not only favors the development of agritourism, but also creates ideal conditions for growing healthy and organic food – in the zone classified as the Green Lungs of Poland, which is one from the elements of the Green Lungs of Europe. The Huszlew commune (part of the Łosice poviat) belongs to the Association of Unpolluted Environment. It is a typically agricultural commune, where agricultural land covers over 80% of the area.
