Packaging and Transport
In the export class, the mushrooms can be packed in plastic cups placed inside the box. In industrial grade, mushrooms are packed loose in a case. Changes in packaging and labeling are also allowed. Mushrooms should be transported in vehicles adapted to the transport of fresh products, equipped with refrigeration units. The range of optimal temperatures for the transport of mushrooms - refrigerator: 1-4°C. Transport conditions should prevent damage and moisture of products and packaging.
Storage
Mushrooms should be stored in properly equipped cold stores with a relative air humidity of 85-90% and a temperature of approx. 2 °C.
